What is the Odehe Court?
Odehe Court is a collection of 25 boldly designed studios, 1 & 2 bed apartments in the heart of Labone, in the heart of Accra.
When will homes at Odehe Court be ready?
The construction duration for Odehe Court is 36 months and is expected to begin in July 2023. Odehe Court should be fully constructed by July 2026.
What changes can I make to the design?
As these are apartments, structural changes cannot be made to the design or the exterior however we can discuss your needs with you and find solutions.
What is the payment plan?
We typically ask for a 5% initial deposit and then the rest spread over the construction duration of 36 months. Alternatively, monthly payments can also be made over 36 months.
Will there be facility management?
Yes, the facilities management services will be provided to cover 24hr security and CCTV, maintenance of communal areas and pool and refuse collection.
